Job Description
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a busy, well-established community GI practice serving Northampton, Amherst, Florence, and the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician-or a graduating fellow-who values a strong, support team, efficient procedures, manageable call, and meaningful patient relationships. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a respected, high-volume community GI practice with a strong referral base Work with a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers Practice across convenient local sites, including Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a modern ambulatory surgical center in Amherst, and an outpatient office in Florence Benefit from 4 procedure rooms, 12 recovery bays, modern technology, and efficient workflows Enjoy a broad procedural mix, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and in-office hemorrhoid banding; ERCP is welcome, but not required Maintain local practice autonomy with the support of Mass General Brigham Use a fully integrated Epic EHR for seamless care coordination Receive competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, retirement support, and PSLF eligibility The Practice You'll join a collegial gastroenterology team known for high-quality, patient-centered care and deep community roots.
