Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnessesConduct pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty examsDevelop and implement occupational health policies and programsMonitor workplace exposures and health risksLead immunization and surveillance programsParticipate in incident investigations and safety initiativesMaintain accurate and confidential medical recordsEducate staff on occupational health and safety practices
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family MedicineBoard certification in Occupational and Environmental Medicine preferredActive Massachusetts license or ability to obtainStrong knowledge of occupational health regulations and workplace safety
