POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Join our Division of Pediatric Infectious Disease within Baystate Children's Hospital (BCH) in Springfield MA. BCH is a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with subspecialists across 15 pediatric divisions. Our 107-bed facility includes the region's only PICU and level III NICU, as well as a designated 24-hour pediatric ED and outpatient specialty services. Provide outpatient services including pediatric HIV, TB, and family travel clinics, as well as inpatient consults. Participate in a model of shared telehealth coverage. We also have a well-established Antimicrobial Stewardship Program that includes a team of pediatric pharmacists, pharmacy residents and students. Opportunity for research/QI support available. Combination of clinical care and resident and medical student teaching with faculty appointment at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate.

Pediatric Infectious Diseases. Excellent mentorship available for those early in their careers. Our compensation package consists of a base salary of between $190,000- $270,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications) and annual incentive bonus opportunities.
