This is an excellent opportunity to work within a mission-driven organization that is deeply committed to improving healthcare access and outcomes throughout the community. This position offers the opportunity to practice outpatient primary care in a highly collaborative and supportive environment alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and support staff. Providers enjoy meaningful patient interactions with appointment times designed to support quality care and strong continuity with patients. The organization serves a diverse patient population and places a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, patient education, and culturally competent care. Position Highlights:

100% outpatient primary care Monday through Friday schedule Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day Appointment times ranging from 20-40 minutes Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment Diverse and community-focused patient population Excellent provider support structure Mission-driven organization with long-standing community presence

Qualifications:
