Minimum Requirements Medical Degree from an accredited university Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or ability to obtain Job Responsibilities Deliver primary care with clinical independence and collaboration. Demonstrate strong medical knowledge and clinical competence. Provide appropriate referrals, admissions, and prescribe treatments. Ensure comprehensive care for all age groups, following health maintenance protocols. Manage patient care in cooperation with other healthcare professionals and supervise mid-level providers when needed. Maintain accurate and legible patient records.
