This full-time or flexible part-time role offers a collaborative, physician-led environment focused on quality care, innovation, and work-life balance. Join a supportive team of 3 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers serving a diverse patient population of approximately 250,000. Enjoy flexible scheduling, a 4-day workweek, excellent clinical support, and in-house medical interpreters (Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Khmer). Engage in integrated care models, including behavioral health and chronic care management, with opportunities for leadership and teaching with local academic institutions.
