The psychiatrist will share clinical responsibilities with the Team Leader, including psychopharmacological treatment , supervision of nursing staff , client assessments , staff training , and community outreach . Candidates must be MD, board certified or eligible in psychiatry , licensed in Massachusetts , and experienced with serious mental illness. The role involves providing clinical supervision, crisis evaluations, and family consultations, often in clients' homes.
