Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating complex pain conditions through advanced interventional techniques, ensuring patients experience relief and improved quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals across various specialties to deliver comprehensive pain management solutions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations, to identify pain sources and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide appropriate medication management, including controlled substances Perform office and ASC-based procedures such as trigger point, joint, bursa injections, RFAs, lumbar ESIs, Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials, MILD, Via Disc and PNS trial Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide an efficient, high-quality patient experience Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and referring providers Participating in practice initiatives focused on quality, patient satisfaction, and continued growth Utilize advanced medical imaging techniques like ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and CT scans to guide precise interventions. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including anesthesiologists, radiologists, neurologists, and physical therapists—to optimize patient care strategies. Manage patient care through documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on pain management options, lifestyle modifications, and post-procedure care to promote recovery and long-term wellness. Stay current with emerging interventional pain management techniques by engaging in ongoing clinical research and professional development. Experience Post-residency experience in pain medicine or related fields such as anesthesiology, neurology, or physical medicine and rehabilitation is required. Demonstrated proficiency with EHR systems, medical imaging modalities, and diagnostic radiology tools. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards along with skills in medical coding (CPT/ICD) ensures accurate billing and documentation practices. Strong communication skills for effective triage assessments and patient education are essential for success in this role.
Pay:
$350,000.00 - $425,000.00 per year
