Requirements:
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for young adult patients. Provide preventative care, manage chronic conditions, and support overall wellness. Address acute health concerns and provide same-day sick visits in-office or via telemedicine. Work with a multidisciplinary team to offer a holistic approach to healthcare. Educate and guide patients through the transition from pediatric to adult care.
Qualifications :
Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Maryland. Experience in primary care, with a passion for working with young adults. Interest or experience in integrative or functional medicine is a plus. Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written). Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset..
