Schedule:

Full-Time | 4.5-Day Work Week | No Evenings or Weekends What Sets Us Apart Practice with autonomy in a supportive independent practice environment. Generous 30 minute appointment times that allow you to build meaningful patient relationships and provide comprehensive care. Manageable patient volume of approximately 14-16 patients per day. Full-scope outpatient medicine with opportunities to perform office-based procedures. Minimal call responsibilities , no hospital rounding, and a predictable weekday schedule. Requirements:

Scope Clinical Autonomy & Mature Patient Panel:

Establish a robust adult practice ( ages 18+ ) managing a diverse and well-established diagnostic mix.

Collaborative Multi-Provider Support:

Work alongside an expert clinical team of six advanced practice providers (NPs/DNPs) and an on-site Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. The APPs expertly manage the majority of same-day urgent visits, allowing you to focus your energy on rewarding, complex continuity of care.

Enjoy an exceptional quality of life with a predictable, daytime schedule (concluding at 3:00 PM on Fridays) and an unburdened, shared call rotation resulting in fewer than 10 phone calls per week .
