Bethesda, MD Salary:
$120,000-$140,000 per year

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No Weekends | No Holidays Job Overview We are seeking an experienced APRN/PA to join an oncology-focused healthcare team in Bethesda, Maryland . This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and no weekend or holiday requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior oncology experience , along with outpatient and/or hospitalist experience. A candidate who is comfortable dividing their time between outpatient clinic responsibilities and hospital rounding would be an excellent fit, although this is not required. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to oncology patients. Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment and care plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in outpatient oncology clinic activities. Perform hospital rounding as needed. Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment recommendations. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Provide patient education and support throughout the course of care. Requirements Current and valid NP or PA license . Prior oncology experience strongly preferred . Outpatient clinical experience preferred. Hospitalist experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No weekends No holidays Compensation $120,000-$140,000 annually Compensation is determined individually based on years of experience and internal equity.
