General Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN)

Compensation:

$300,000 $320, 000 base $30,000 sign-on bonus $30,000 retention bonus after 1 year

Schedule:

Full-time, in-person; clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures Participate in shared call (equally distributed among physicians) Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff Maintain accurate EHR documentation Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN Eligible for Maryland medical licensure Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
