Seeking a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a nocturnal hospitalist team in Southern Maine, providing high-quality inpatient care in a collaborative, physician-led hospital environment.

Position Highlights:

Provide comprehensive inpatient care during overnight hours Admit patients from the emergency department Manage cross-cover of hospitalized patients throughout the night Respond to clinical changes and rapid response situations Manage a manageable nightly patient census with dedicated support Physician-led team model with APP (NP/PA) support Closed ICU with intensivist coverage available Robust specialty backup across all major service lines Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and patient safety
