Job Description
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician Full-time employed outpatient position Provide adult primary care including acute, chronic, and preventive care Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based providers Collaborate with APPs, nursing, and care teams Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits including malpractice with tail, CME, retirement, and PTO MD or DO; Maine licensure and DEA required Located in the Lakes Region near attractions including Sebago Lake, Long Lake, and Naples Causeway Approximately 30 miles ( 40 minutes) to Portland and 50 miles ( 1 hour) to the White Mountains
