At AAHH, we help clients improve their health naturally through comprehensive wellness strategies that address underlying causes rather than simply managing symptoms. Our team is committed to clinical, cultural, and operational excellence, delivering individualized care while empowering clients with the education and support needed to achieve lasting results. As an AAHH Practitioner, you will guide clients through their wellness journey, providing exceptional one-on-one care from initial consultation through program completion while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to whole-person health. Duties & Expectations:
Provide concierge/boutique-level customer service and nutritional support for 1:1 clients and prospective clients Review and interpret client health history Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients Review and interpret client test results Lead functional lab review sessions with clients Follow up with prospective clients Maintain client & prospective client record via electronic client records management software Provide customer support for client questions related to nutrition, diet, lifestyle, and supplements Develop client nutritional/lifestyle/supplement/testing/retesting protocols Manage client supplement recommendations in company dispensary accounts Be fully prepared for every session in advance, including conducting any research necessary into a client's conditions/diagnoses or lab results as necessary to provide them with the best experience possible Participate in weekly Practitioner Mastermind meetings Monthly reporting on Key Performance Indicators Participate in administrative meetings as needed, including monthly training meetings
Qualifications & Requirements:
Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Naturopath, or other similarly-trained holistic health practitioner certification or degree 5+ years experience coaching clients using FDN or other functional nutrition approaches Extensive experience with functional interpretation of the following lab testing: GI-MAP, DUTCH, BloodChem, HTMA, OAT, Genomics. Advanced knowledge of supplements, and nutritional & supplement protocol strategies High energy, excellent written & verbal communication skills, proactive and self-starter, and highly self-organized Professional liability insurance & Form W-9 (USA) Advanced computer literacy Quiet & professional workspace with reliable strong WiFi connection Reliable computer, smartphone, and cell phone signal Work may be delivered by Voxer, electronic client management software, Zoom, smartphone, email, VOIP, or other designated systems
