Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope, patient-centered care with access to rehabilitation, lab, radiology, and flexible scheduling in Central Michigan.

Onsite Services:

Rehabilitation, nutrition and diabetes counseling, and walk-in laboratory services

Patient & Procedure Mix:

Comprehensive family medicine, addressing physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including preventive care and diagnosis/treatment of acute and chronic conditions

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.

Call:

1:12 with nurse triage line support
