locums in Michigan with 24 hour in house style coverage and a defined 6pm to 6pm shift structure, supporting a long term need while the site recruits permanently. Highlights Any active state license accepted; Active license available or IMLC (LOQ) on hand preferred Long term assignment with consistent monthly need, 7 to 10 days per month Trauma Level 4 facility with steady L&D volume, 319 deliveries in 2025 Cerner charting Practice Setting Mix of inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN coverage Labor and delivery plus phone consults and admissions as needed Typical volumes, 12 clinic; 1 to 2 hospital; 1 to 2 patients seen; 1 to 2 admissions Support team on site, 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 APP, 1 Admin Schedule 6pm to 6pm shifts 24 hour call coverage with 15 minute response time Target coverage, 7 to 10 days per month Some upcoming blocks are being prioritized, late summer and several weeks in December Requirements Must be an MD or DO Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Board Eligible within 5 years Active medical license in any US state; Active license available or IMLC (LOQ) on hand preferred Credentialing, clean file required; about 60 days If you want, I can walk you through how the 6pm to 6pm coverage works and which upcoming blocks they are prioritizing.
