• Evaluate and manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic conditions with the clinical expertise and compassion they deserveBuild Meaningful Patient Relationships
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide education that empowers patients to take control of their healthCollaborate Like a Pro
• Work alongside our talented endocrinology team, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure seamless, coordinated patient careMaster the Clinic Flow
• See patients in our outpatient clinic Monday through Friday, bringing your A-game to every appointmentGo the Extra Mile
• Occasionally cover inpatient weekend shifts (typically 6:30 AM
• 2:30 PM) to support our hospital's endocrinology servicesBalance Your Caseload
• Manage a diverse patient population with 90% adult and 10% pediatric cases, keeping your clinical skills sharp across age groupsDocument with Precision

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Michigan Licensure as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in one of the following: primary care, internal medicine, or hospitalist medicineStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsAbility to manage complex patient populations

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience or exposure to endocrinology or metabolic disordersExperience managing pediatric patientsFamiliarity with diabetes management and thyroid disordersCurrent knowledge of evidence-based endocrinology guidelinesExperience in outpatient clinic settingsExcellent communication and patient education skills
