Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other applicable expenses Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Provide in-house 24-hour urology call coverage at UPHS Marquette Respond to overnight calls, typically 2-5 per shift, with 1-2 onsite in-person calls Conduct patient rounding, assessments, and discharge planning Support hospitals with procedures related to kidney stones, stents, hematuria, and catheter placements Document call-back hours and detailed notes for audit compliance Collaborate with hospital staff on consults and emergent cases Ensure timely, quality patient care within established response times What You Need Valid Michigan Medical License or license eligible for Urology practice Experience in urology or surgical subspecialties preferred Ability to respond onsite within 20 minutes Strong documentation skills for timesheet verification Flexibility for 24-hour call shifts About the Assignment Join a dynamic healthcare team providing essential urology services at UPHS Marquette.
