Job Description

Are you a Cardiology physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Michigan might be the perfect fit for you!

Opportunity Highlights Schedule:

Sunday through Saturday, 24-hour call (6am-6am), including hospital and call responsibilities. Weekend coverage included.

Job Setting:

Inpatient; supported by three (3) inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

EHR system:

Cerner.

Types of Cases:

Comprehensive cardiac care including Echocardiography, Treadmill stress tests, Chemical stress tests, and interpretation of the above diagnostic studies.

Credentialing:

Must have a clean background for quick credentialing. Self-Query NPDB required (pulled within the month) at time of presentation.

Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible:

Board Certified in Cardiology (Required)

Active Michigan medical license required. Must reside in Michigan or near Michigan; drive-in only, no flights.
