Three 12-hour shifts Week 1: Monday-Wednesday Week 2: Wednesday-Friday Alternating schedule

Hours:

6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Average of 7-10 patients per day This outpatient primary care clinic serves employees and their dependents ages 2 and older. Services include preventative care, annual physicals, well-woman exams, well-child visits, sports physicals, immunizations, acute and same-day visits, minor procedures, chronic disease management, and health education. Providers are supported by an experienced team of nurses and clinical staff.

Requirements:
