Urgent Care Physician Opportunity in MinnesotaBaxter, MinnesotaFull timeA healthcare system in Baxter, Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a busy urgent care practice located in the Brainerd Lakes region. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a modern facility while working alongside a collaborative team of providers.

- Practice in a beautiful, newly built clinic
- Typical staffing includes 3-4 providers (APPs and/or physicians) per shift
- Schedule includes every third weekend
- Weekday shifts: 12 hours
- Weekend shifts: 8 hours
- Clinic hours:
Weekdays:
8:00 AM- 8:00
PM Weekends:
9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
- Occasional coverage needed at nearby urgent care locations in Staples and Deerwood
- Strong support from specialists and ancillary servicesClinical Scope
- Pediatric and adult urgent care visits
- Respiratory illnesses and acute medical conditions
- Minor injuries and orthopedic complaints
- Cases similar to primary care office practice with urgent care acuityCandidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

- Base compensation: $307,000
