Job Description
Physician, Primary Care (Champlin) Park Nicollet Clinic United States, Minnesota, Champlin Aug 19, 2026 Park Nicollet Clinics - Champlin is seeking a full-time Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med Peds Physician to join our team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day. As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility. This is an out-patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in-clinic procedures. At Park Nicollet Clinic we work together as a team to achieve success. Park Nicollet Primary Care clinicians are supported by their peers and by a network of care team professionals in each clinic. As a Park Nicollet clinician, you can expect:
- In-basket support
- An on-site department assistant to assist with clerical tasks
- An on-site RN to support patients with complex conditions and assist you with patient follow-up
