Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daytime; 15-20-minute appointments, with lunch blocked

Practice Setting:

Outpatient Types of Cases:

Dermatology; skin cancers, moles, tumors, dermatitis, skin disorders, hair and nail conditions, biopsies, excisions, dermatologic surgery, electrosurgery, and cryosurgery. No Mohs or cosmetic surgery.

Credentialing Timeframe:

45-120 days
