All Star Healthcare represents a facility in Minnesota seeking Child and Adolescent Psychiatry locums coverage. Overtime:

Close to non-existent. Providers have worked with the facility for years without any overtime.

Work Hours:

Coverage of the unit from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Providers are expected to round on all patients daily (average census of 12 patients) and complete any admissions and discharges. Most physicians are onsite for rounds approximately 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, though this varies by provider preference. Providers must address any patient care needs that arise on the unit between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The inpatient unit can accept patients as young as 3 years old, depending on the current patient mix. If the unit consists primarily of teens, younger patients may not be admitted, even though the unit is technically able to accommodate them.
