Job Description
Outpatient Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) opportunity serving veteran patients in WI and MN. Monday-Friday schedule | No call | No weekends | Federal holidays off Average of 14 patients per day with assigned patient panel of approximately 1,000 patients 100% onsite clinic-based role with majority face-to-face visits and limited virtual/phone responsibilities conducted onsite Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with active unrestricted license and DEA Long-term locums opportunity with strong continuity needs and extension potential Collaborative PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team) environment supporting veteran-focused outpatient care 1 year contract, fully onsite
