Job Description
An independent hospital in western Minnesota is looking to fill a traditional Family Medicine position. A flexible schedule and 7+ weeks of PTO allow you plenty of time to enjoy extraordinary outdoor activities including exceptional hunting and fishing. Position Highlights
- Outpatient Primary Care with minor hospital and ER coverage
- 4-day work week
- Moderate patient volume: 15-18 patients per day
- Low volume 1:5 call rotation
- Epic EMR Compensation
- Base salary: $300,000 - $320,000
- Six-figure recruiting incentives with sign-on and retention bonuses and more
- Total earnings to $400,000+
- 7+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days
