• Full-time permanent position
• Outpatient Neurology 4-Day Work Week
• Four 10-hour shifts per week No nights, no weekends, no on-call requirements Function independently within a supportive, collaborative practice environment Perform comprehensive histories and physicals for both acute and chronically ill neurological patients Perform office-based procedures including trigger point injections and occipital nerve blocks Work closely with the neurology team to develop and implement patient care plans Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support Qualifications Direct experience as a PA or NP in neurology or a relevant medical specialty Candidates with experience outside of neurology as well as new graduates are also encouraged to apply Current or eligible for Minnesota Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive base salary plus performance bonuses 401(k) plan with employer matching $3,500 CME allowance Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Malpractice insurance, Life insurance, and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
