Visas Accepted N/A Specialty Family Medicine Practice Details Sanford Health has a an opportunity available for a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their growing practice in Perham, Minnesota.
- Clinic Hours M-F 8a-5p and Sat 9a-noon
- Looking for a provider to join in 2025
- 24/7 staffed emergency room
- Cal 1:6
- Multispecialty group practice including Family Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Psychology
- Service region of approximately 15,000 patients
- Outreach specialties include Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Cardiology, Oncology, and Nephrology
- Clinic and Hospital are 136,000 square feet; attached to a 25 bed critical access hospital along with 52 clinical exam rooms all under one roof Community Description
- Perham city population: 3,000 (10,000 including the surrounding lakes area)
- Best of both worlds: Perham is within an hour's drive of Fargo, ND for shopping, sporting and cultural events, concerts and more while maintaining a smaller resort-town feel with safe neighborhoods, low cost of living and great schools Job Description Family Medicine Core Privileges includes the ability to perform history and physical examination, admit (if applicable to the setting), evaluate, diagnose, treat and provide consultation to patients of all ages with a wide variety of illness, diseases, injuries, mental health conditions and functional disorders of circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, metabolic, musculoskeletal, hematopoietic, gastroenteric, integumentary, nervous, female reproductive, and genitourinary systems.
Competitive compensation package includes:
- Compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.
