- Perham, MN, clinic is open
M-F, 8-5
- Call is 1 in 4, shared with Detroit Lakes OB/GYN (Sanford/Essentia)
- Potential outreach to New York Mills clinic
- Multispecialty group practice including family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, psychiatry, psychology
- Service region of approximately 15,000 patients

Competitive compensation package includes:
- Compensation floor of $400,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
