Family Practice Obstetrics Provider LiveWell Homecare Agency Columbia, MO Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Qualifications Ob/Gyn Medical License BC/BE Family Medicine Full Job Description The Family Practice with Obstetrics (FPOB) Physician provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, emphasizing prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum services. Deliver full-spectrum family medicine, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, urgent care, and minor procedures. Perform obstetric care such as prenatal visits, labor management, vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections (if credentialed), and postpartum follow-up. Provide neonatal and pediatric care as part of family-centered services. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement and patient-centered initiatives. Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention. Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and participate in community outreach, call rotations, and after-hours coverage, including hospital labor and delivery schedules. Qualifications include an MD or DO degree, completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency, additional obstetrics training, a valid medical license, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and ALSO are preferred.
