You will work closely with providers, patients, and fellow team members to keep the clinic running smoothly and support outstanding patient care. What We're Looking For Previous medical office, clinic, or healthcare experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stay organized and productive in a busy clinic environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist where needed Ability to build strong relationships with patients, providers, and coworkers Schedule Commitment This is a full-time position scheduled for 40+ hours per week during normal clinic operating hours. We are seeking a team member who is available for a consistent, long-term schedule and can be present during regular weekday clinic hours. Because patient care depends on reliable staffing, this role is not designed for seasonal employment or schedules that vary around class attendance.
