Position Highlights Dedicated 7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule Established hospital medicine team with experienced advanced practice clinician support Strong specialist coverage and collaborative multidisciplinary care model Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and future leadership advancement Practice Environment As a nocturnist, you will provide overnight inpatient care in a supportive and team-oriented setting. Physicians work closely with nursing staff, specialists, and advanced practice clinicians to ensure seamless patient care, safe transitions, and exceptional clinical outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable managing a wide variety of acute medical conditions and collaborating within an interdisciplinary care team. Experience practicing in an open ICU environment is preferred, with co-management alongside intensivists as needed. No procedures are required. Qualifications Board eligible/board certified in internal medicine or family medicine Comfortable practicing hospital medicine in a nocturnist role Strong communication and teamwork skills Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care Why TeamHealth?
