Physicians work closely with nursing staff, specialists, and advanced practice clinicians to ensure seamless patient care, safe transitions, and exceptional clinical outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable managing a wide variety of acute medical conditions and collaborating within an interdisciplinary care team. Experience practicing in an open ICU environment is preferred, with co-management alongside intensivists as needed. No procedures are required.
