Certification Medical License Full Job Description This primary care physician role offers a $10,000 annual sign-on bonus and requires board certification, a Missouri license, and BLS certification. As part of a mission-driven organization serving underserved communities, the physician will provide patient-centered care in a team-based model, including direct patient care, care coordination, and supporting continuity of care across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members, attending training and meetings, recommending supplies, and promoting effective relationships to meet organizational goals.
