Key Responsibilities:
Foster patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Work in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and adherence to safety protocols.
