CME allowance, paid time off, relocation assistance, and a collaborative work environment What You ll Do Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across outpatient clinics and hospital inpatient settings Manage a diverse patient panel with obstetric, gynecologic, surgical, and preventative services Conduct inpatient hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists as needed Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted procedures Lead and mentor support staff and advanced practice providers Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with hospital policies Engage in professional development through CME and continuing education Participate in shared call schedule, ensuring excellent after-hours coverage Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to maintain top hospital and departmental standards Support community health efforts in a rural, underserved area offering comprehensive healthcare services What You Need Valid medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care About the Assignment Join a thriving department at a respected hospital in Sullivan, Missouri, delivering essential healthcare services to a rural community.
