Job Description
- Pediatrician | West Plains, Missouri
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Join an established, busy pediatric practice providing both inpatient and outpatient pediatric care in a supportive, hospital-employed setting.
- Deliver comprehensive healthcare services for infants, children, and adolescents, including preventive care, wellness visits, acute illness management, and chronic disease treatment.
- Maintain a Monday-Friday clinic schedule with an expected patient volume of 18-25 patients per day.
- Participate in a 1:6 shared call schedule, including newborn nursery coverage. The facility has a Level II nursery, with higher-acuity neonatal cases transferred to tertiary care centers when needed.
- Collaborate with experienced primary care physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Practice in a well-established regional healthcare system offering access to a broad range of medical and surgical specialties.
