Job Description

Job Title:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 8-hour shifts Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.

Requirements:

LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON. Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders. Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
