Position Overview Momentum HCS is seeking Board-Certified and Board-Eligible Physicians across multiple specialties for permanent and flexible practice opportunities. Opportunities may be available across a variety of specialties and practice environments. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the physician's area of specialty. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices. Maintain compliance with applicable professional, regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional practice environment. Support excellent clinical outcomes and a high standard of patient care. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in the applicable specialty. Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state. Current DEA registration, when applicable. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
