Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center (MSMOC) in Oxford, MS is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon ready to step into a high-demand market and rapidly build a thriving, full-volume practice alongside an established spine surgeon. You'll have the flexibility to take spine-only call or a combination of spine and general call, both options with call pay. This is more than just a job. MSMOC - Oxford Highlights 4 surgeons + 1 non-operative Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine physician Includes an established spine surgeon Brand-new 25,000 sq. ft. orthopaedic center 28 exam rooms, procedure rooms, walk-in urgent care and 5,000 sq. ft. PT gym Advanced surgical care at Oxford Surgery Center with robotic technology, completed in 2025 Strong referral network with immediate patient demand ModMed EMR for streamlined workflows Flexible call options: Spine-only or a combination of spine and general orthopaedic call No trauma, with call pay provided for either option Compensation and Benefits Associate Physician Guaranteed base salary Productivity bonus opportunity Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Pathway to Partnership Eligibility for partnership following the associate period No buy-in required Additional income potential as a partner Health/Medical Company-paid malpractice 401K with employer contribution 25 Days PTO Annual CME Allowance Internal CME Opportunities Available Orthopaedic-led network committed to your success Clinical autonomy with strong peer support Annual USOP Physician Meeting Physician Governance Board Well-established referral network Education & Experience Requirements BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery. Fellowship training or planned fellowship in Orthopaedic Spine. Strong communication skills and a patient-focused, collaborative approach. Eligible for or holding a valid, unrestricted Mississippi medical license.
