Thursday, 7 am
5 pm — 10-hour shifts, no call 12
14 patients per shift SNF and long-term care facility — on-campus shifts only Dedicated APP support provided Geriatric and medically complex patient population Palliative care, dementia, and frailty management required ACLS and BLS certification required Ongoing assignment
