15 on / 15 off nocturnist schedule with dedicated nighttime partner Work alongside Pulmonary/Critical Care physician and telemedicine critical care/pulmonology support On-call specialty backup and experienced day team (2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners) Average daily hospitalist census: 15 patients; typical nursing ratio 1:5 (adjusted for acuity) Procedure experience preferred but not required Access to advanced diagnostics and technology Hospital features: 36-bed acute care hospital with full specialty backup and a 10-bed open ICU 2 cath labs with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit 5 operating rooms plus a 4-room ambulatory surgery center 5 observation beds and an 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced personnel Compensation and benefits: Highly competitive salary and robust benefits package Sign-on and retention bonuses, moving allowance CME allowance and paid professional expenses Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligibility for Montana medical licensure Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skills Comfort with hospital procedures preferred; commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
