Job Description

Physician-Owned, well established family practice in central North Carolina looking for qualified physician board certified in family medicine, internal medicine/pediatrics, or geriatrics. Asheboro, located in the center of North Carolina in the rolling hills of the NC Piedmont, offers: Home of the NC Zoo. Small town feel, rich in art, places to hike, bike, boat, golf, and many other family activities. Within an hour of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, UNC Hospitals, and Duke University. The NC Mountains are two hours west. The NC Beaches are two hours east. We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion Duties Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses. Manage common health problems, including hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory infections. Perform minor surgical procedures such as suturing lacerations. Coordinate patient care with specialists when necessary. Provide guidance on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices. Conduct physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Geriatrics. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
