We are recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine physician to join our established Burlington-based outpatient practice serving Alamance County, North Carolina.
Kernodle Clinic is Duke?s largest community-based multi-specialty practice, with approximately 60 physicians and 46 advanced practice providers across 15 medical and surgical specialties, supported by a 75,000-square-foot main office, walk-in clinic, and multiple specialty satellite services.

This opportunity is specific to the Burlington Internal Medicine practice. Prior references to Elon or Mebane Internal Medicine openings have been retired.
Burlington Internal Medicine Team & Practice Highlights
Active teaching environment with rotating PA students and medical students
Established outpatient Internal Medicine practice in Burlington

Call:
1:15, office call only

No inpatient responsibilities
Typical patient volume: 18-24 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
Kernodle Clinic offers a robust compensation plan that rewards clinical productivity. Duke contributes up to 13% of salary to the selected retirement plan, with excellent benefits, relocation support, and college tuition assistance for dependent children.

MD or DO
