We offer expert care to adults and children with chronic medical conditions and special needs. We work with you to meet your physical, emotional and developmental needs while providing compassionate care for the entire family.

Services:

Wellness exams Preventative care Immunizations Sick visits Weight management Well-child visits Women's health Diabetes education Medications for opiod use disorder (MOUD) Management of conditions like diabetes, hypertension and substance use disorder

Clinic Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

Medical School Graduate (MD/DO) Board certified internal medicine or family medicine required NC State License preferred UNC Health Medical Group (UNCHMG) includes primary care physicians, as well as physicians in a wide range of specialties and sub-specialties. Education Requirements:

• Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Board certified in area of specialty; MD License in healthcare specialty

• DEA;ACLS;BCLS;

MD Professional Experience Requirements:

• Prefer prior experience in

Internal Medicine Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

Language Skills:

Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

REASONING

ABILITYHigh-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.



CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNorth Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in area of specialty.
