Description This on-site contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential healthcare services while working within a collaborative and dedicated team. As a Locum Radiologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and interpreting medical images, consulting with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Your role is integral to our mission of delivering top-notch medical services and enhancing patient outcomes in the community. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and interpret results Consult with medical professionals to discuss imaging findings Maintain accurate and timely patient records Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay updated with advancements and best practices in radiology Participate in quality assurance and safety protocols Provide education and support to patients regarding imaging procedures Adhere to medical standards and comply with legal regulations Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school A valid medical license to practice in the relevant state Experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably in a clinical setting Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Knowledge of radiological technology and techniques Commitment to continuing education and staying current in the field
