Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time (per applicable laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You'll Do Provide solo emergency room coverage in a busy hospital setting Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 90-100 patients Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and treatments for a diverse patient population Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and utilize Meditech 6.1 EMR system Handle complex cases in a Level III or open ICU environment Maintain high standards of patient care and safety during your shift What You Need Active medical license in North Carolina Board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine Valid NC Medicaid credentialing and PECOS enrollment Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred Strong clinical skills in trauma, ICU care, and emergency procedures Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume setting About the Assignment This assignment offers solo ER coverage at a well-respected hospital in Clinton, NC, with open ICU access and approximately 32,000 annual patient visits. Providers will work 12-hour shifts on a flexible schedule. Housing is available in hospital-owned apartments, with travel costs capped at $500. This position is an excellent opportunity for emergency physicians seeking a stable, rewarding role in a community-oriented hospital.
