Category Imaging - Multi Modality Tech Job Type Contract Drive excellence in patient imaging care within a dynamic teaching hospital environment as an Imaging Supervisor specializing in multi-modality radiology, including X-ray. Oversee and work hands-on with a diverse patient population, from neonates to adults, in a Level I Trauma Center with high patient acuity and advanced technology. This contract opportunity requires a confident clinical leader to facilitate smooth departmental operations during high-volume weekend day shifts.

Schedule/Hours:

12-hour day shifts, 6:30am - 7:00pm 36 hours/week All weekends required; work holidays if scheduled

Qualifications:

ARRT-R and BLS certification required Minimum two years of acute care, trauma-level radiology experience (Level I experience preferred) At least one year of radiology leadership (Lead Tech, Supervisor, Manager, or Director) Experience working in large, fast-paced environments with both adult and pediatric patients

EPIC EMR

proficiency Strong communication, decision-making, and real-time problem-solving skills C-arm experience is required; O-arm experience is preferred Must be comfortable precepting students if requested

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor radiology technologists throughout multiple x-ray areas (Main Radiology, OR, and ED) Perform and oversee imaging for trauma, neuro, ortho, general, and pediatric cases Coordinate and adjust staff schedules and manage daily departmental operations Address coaching needs promptly and escalate issues as necessary Support onboarding of new employees and foster a cohesive, collaborative department culture Serve as a hands-on supervisor, assisting with portables and delivering high-quality imaging care
