Back Family Medicine Physician CaroMont Health Dallas, NC Jan 31, 2026 Full Time Counseling Physician & Surgeon Job Description CaroMont Health is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with a minimum of two years of clinical experience to join our outstanding team at CaroMont Family Medicine—Dallas. This established, high-performing practice currently includes one Physician and three Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse population.

• Position Highlights
• Join a collaborative and supportive team environment with a strong commitment to quality care. Supervise a minimum of three APPs, offering leadership and clinical oversight. Crosstrain and provide coverage for CaroMont Urgent Care as needed. Deliver full-spectrum care, including Pediatrics. Practice in a modern, well-equipped facility with access to CaroMont's extensive resources and network.
• Requirements
• Board Certification in Family Medicine Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience Active Medical Licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina Experience and willingness to supervise APPs and cover pediatric patients Flexibility to cross train for Urgent Care
